- Put a peeled, hard-boiled egg into one of the slicer's compartments.There are usually two options:one for slicing the egg into rounds and another for wedges.
- Gently close the top part of the slicer, pressing down on the egg.The wires will slice through the egg.
- Open the slicer and carefully remove the sliced egg.If using the round slicer, the egg will be in even slices.If using the wedge slicer, the egg will be cut into wedges.
