- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days (South Africa only). Excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Please note: extra value store uses third-party courier companies for deliveries. These couriers operate independently and are not affiliated with extra value stores. For any shipping-related inquiries or issues, please contact the courier directly.
- If the company name and address provided do not match, we will conduct a search to verify the correct comapany details. In such cases, we will use the official company address associated with the provided company name
- If you do return any FINAL SALE, R50 SALE, R100 SALE you are liable to collect it.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Fixed fee of R95
- High-Risk Areas: High Risk Area Standard Shipping R170. Reduced fee of R170 for standard delivery for orders over R1000
- R50 Shipping Fee Applies to orders over R1000
Responsibilities and Liability
- Accurate Delivery Information: Customers must provide correct and complete addresses to avoid delays or additional fees.
- Tracking: Tracking details are emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
- Missed Deliveries: Customers are responsible for rescheduling and covering missed delivery fees.
- Courier Delays: extravalue.co.za. is not liable for delays due to courier operations, weather, or unforeseen events.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement, If you wish for a refund on the deffective item we will not collect but will refund the amount due to you for the deffective item.
Returns and Exchanges
- Courier Fees: All courier costs, including R95 for exchanges, are the customer’s responsibility unless extravalue.co.za is at fault.
