1. Eligibility*
Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate items (e.g., earrings, socks make up), sealed consumables.
- Digital products/downloads.
Defective Items: Full refund/replacement if defective or damaged upon arrival (proof required).
2. Timeframe
14-Day Returns Unused, unopened items in original packaging.
30-Day Warranty: For manufacturing defects (excludes misuse).
3. Process
1. Contact info@extravalue.co.za with:
- Order number + photos/video of issue.
2. We’ll email a return label (if applicable) and address.
3. Refund processed within business days after receipt.
4.-When returning items customer's must pay for their own courier fee.
5.Returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
This means that new items must be returned in the exact condition in
which you received it from Extra value(including all accessories)
4. Shipping Costs
Free returns: For our errors (wrong item shipped).
Customer pays For size/color changes or non-defective returns.
5. Refunds
- Original payment method (7–14 business days).
- Store credit option (faster processing).

- Subject to stock availability. Email us first.

- Used/altered items.
